Atheist Argument
Version 2
(version 2 of the Science explains reality /universe without God and better then religion.)
"While science has a proven track record of explaining everything from disease to the origin of species, religion has not explained a single thing about our universe. With every passing year, the universe looks less and less like the universe described in any holy book and more and more like the universe described by science. The success of science often comes at the expense of religious dogma; the success of religion never comes at the expense of science."

Various religions have a long tradition of supporting and being key to developing many of the science fields. Studies show that nearly half of all scientists believe in God. Science has no answers on what is moral, what is just, or the meaning and purpose of life. It has no say on the value of your life or any other life. If people look to science to address things that religion does then science becomes a religion. Ultimately scientists make horrible philosophers.

The claim that ‘science explains everything’ is not a scientific statement — it’s a philosophical one. And ironically, it’s self-refuting: you can’t test or falsify it by the scientific method. That’s ideology, not science.

Some religions are bad or have convinced their followers to do bad things. But not all religions are bad. Accepting blind naturalism, scientism, and materialism is a religion in of itself. But it is an empty, morally bankrupt religion with no hope or meaning. Its a religion that can't offer any guidance, or path to deeper development. And with no moral grounding it may be the most dangerous religion of them all.
